The Yuletide House Tour & Marketplace

Christmas by the Sea

Thursday, December 3, 2026 · 10am–4pm

Every other December, the Club opens the doors to a handful of distinguished Cohasset homes, each one decorated by one of our talented design teams. This year the seaside is never far from mind: evergreens and winter berries, seed pods and fresh flowers, shells and starfish, much of it gathered from our own gardens and our own shore.

This is the Club's largest fundraiser, and the proceeds go where all our proceeds go — academic awards, Junior Gardeners, Cohasset seniors, the gardens we create and maintain around town, and community giving.

The houses

Handmade elegant and fun crafts by our members alongside a curated group of local artists and artisans — paintings, coastal poetry, arrangements, wreaths, ornaments and gifts. A great opportunity to buy gifts for family and friends, or to enhance your own holiday home.

The Marketplace

Begin at the Marketplace at Willcutt Commons, 91 Sohier Street, Cohasset, to collect your Yuletide Tour Book — which is also your entry ticket. Everything else you need is in the book.
