We always welcome new members. You do not need experience, a garden, or any particular skill — only an interest and ten volunteer hours a year. What our members have in common isn't expertise: it's that they like to learn, plant, teach, volunteer and socialize, and to do all of it together and with a good deal of fun along the way.
Becoming a member
1. Come to a meeting. Email us and we'll tell you what's next on the calendar and save you a seat.
2. Fill out the application. Do it here in a couple of minutes, or print it and mail it — whichever you prefer.
3. Pick a committee. Every member joins at least one — the Plant Sale and Yuletide need the most hands. It's the fastest way to get to know people.
Students: social media and website internship
We're looking for one or two Cohasset High School students to help run the club's social media and website this year. Three to five hours a week, self-paced, from the start of the school year through June. It's a volunteer role, and we want your ideas — you'd help shape what we post and how the site works, not just carry out a list.
